Comfertable and works well
I talked to a rep and he made sure I got what I wanted. It works great.
I wouldn't purchase this product again.
I returned the headphones, but haven't heard from the company yet about a refund.
Not comfortable
The headsets work well, but our entire staff has requested new headsets. The ear piece is hard plastic and quite large. The main complaint is comfort, they hurt. We are now looking for a replacements which is a bummer because we just spent over $200 on them.
Eb 210 head set
Rep helped me get what I needed. Ear bud works good, ear wrap is time consuming to install for best results. Overall working out well.
Satisfactory
Functions well and is comfortable for the price point. Good for occasional use, but would need fitted earpiece for daily use.
