I have tiny ear canals and nothing stays in my ears (I use silicon add-ons to keep ear buds, etc. in). I was spending more time fiddling with my radio ear piece than listening. I took a size small, which is perfect for my miniature ears. ;)
The ear loop stays securely in my ear and I hardly notice it's there. I don't need to fiddle with my ear all the time. Wish I'd know about this sooner!
