	XLT DR110-SN D-Ring Earpiece for Snap Series Flexible, yet stable around-the-ear "D" ring style earpiece. The earpiece rests against the outside of the ear. The DR110-SN is an ideal solution when an earpiece needs to be shared with more than one user.
	XLT EB210-SN Earpiece for Snap Series Lightweight and comfortable, this earbud style earpiece remains in a stable position even while the user is mobile. The adjustable height earbud is held in place by a soft rubber frame.
	XLT EB310-SN C-Ring Earpiece for Snap Series Very light and flexible "C" ring style earpiece. it has an around-the-ear loop to hold the earpiece comfortably in place. The earpiece rests against the outside of the ear, making the EB310-SN a great option when shared by several users.
	XLT SE110-SN Surveillance Earpiece for Snap Series Surveillance earpiece is perfect for stealth communications. The clear acoustic coil tube wraps discreetly behind the ear, and the clear mushroom tipped earpiece hides inside the ear canal securely.

After searching the net I finally decided on this item because it has several options. I found just the right ear monitor that was comfortable and allowed for the hands free operation that I wanted for my work with CERT and RACES. The sound quality was good and the remote PTT button allows the radio to remain untouched.
Mission accomplished.

Love the headset. High quality. Shipping time was very slow. Shipping rates are outrageously high. Wont do that again.

The sound is decent enough. However the mic has a hard time picking up sound. I have to speak super loud very close to it so other can here anything.
