Motorola CLP1040 Two Way Radio
The Motorola CLP 1040 On-Site Two-Way Business Radio is an innovative designed that was created specifically for restaurants, hospitality, and retail businesses. Compact, light weight, and easy to use, the CLP series radios are an affordable way to improve employee and staff communication without having to use bulkier traditional radios. The 1 watt UHF CLP1040 radio has four channels, is easily programmed, and will even work with the Motorola RPU 2160 repeater.
The CLP 1040 is designed to be easy to use. To talk, just press the large PTT button. There are no speakers, knobs, or switches. Instead, most of the radios options are controlled by voice driven menus and small buttons located on the side of the radio. Each radio uses a headset that comes standard. The headset has a PTT button and adjustable cord with an external earpiece designed for comfort. The radios antenna is internal as well for even more convenience. When in use, the LED ring around the top logo will glow to indicate the current channel, transmitting and receiving, scan, and battery level.
