Quality cable and the software download was FREE from Motorola. Easy to use too. Cable plugs into base charger insatead of directly into radio.

Works seamlessly with XT420 and XT660d

Works as expected with Motorola XT420 using cable switch "CPS Analog" and with Motorola XT660d using cable switch "CPS Digital". For XT660d you should use specific version of CPS (common version is free on Motorola's web site - https://www.motorolasolutions.com/en_xu/products/unlicensed-two-way-business-radios/xt600d-series.html#tabresource), after the installation CPS asks if you want to install XT660 specific version.

.. no information at all for find the software.
I lost 1 Hour to find the correct software for my XT420.

A notice with links for download ressources would have been appreciable.

Otherwise, this cable is great, fast shipping and very good quality.
