The CXT 312 also includes auto squelch, a battery level indicator, battery saver, backlit LCD display, channel scan, key lock, selectable on/off keystroke tones, 5 call alert tones, maximum range extender, roger beep, hands-free VOX operation and is JIS3 water resistant.
