Good radio. Instruction manual needs work.
I am an amateur radio operator. The 70 centimeter band is where 80 % of all repeaters are now. I only need a uhf transceiver to reach all hams in my area. The Lexian does have a lot of features, considering it's cost. So far the radio seems to be working ok, I check into nets, get good audio reports, etc. However the 928 manual needs some work. The radio is VERY difficult to program without use of a computer. You can program it with the radio keypad, but you will need a manual to do so. There are a number of mistakes in the instruction manual. Revising future manuals correctly would make things much easier.
