The Midland T77VP5 is a set of X-Talker Series two way radios in an extreme value pack with some exciting extras! The T77 features a backlit LCD display, 5 call alerts, monitor mode, silent operation, and keypad lock. It also features e-Vox voice activation with 9 levels for extra control, HI/LO settings for extra power management, and Rapid Recharge for an extra 3x faster charging. It operates on rechargeable battery packs (included) or 3 “AA” alkaline batteries (not included), providing dual power options as you need. It has a built-in micro USB port for charging directly to the radio, a USB wall charger and a 12v USB adapter for charging in a vehicle.

I Like Them
I like them. Haven't pressed their limits, but I would expect a range of 2 miles. Know their limitations and I think they will serve you well. Mainly will use them around a camp and in a post-storm situation where phones and internet might be down, or unavailable. * Train both parties on function. There a lockout feature that prevents channel jumping and the vox hands free option was nice.
