Works good!
Worth the price and works much, much better then stock rubber duckies. My only gripe is whomever assembled the antenna into the plastic base did so crooked but it doesn't effect function at all.
Choose UPS!
They aren't kidding when they advise to pay a little for UPS. I was cheap and used the free USPS shipping. These guys are an hour & a half drive from me and it took the post office over a week to ship. At 8 days, I tried calling the post office they use and got no answer to repeated calls! Jus ring ring ring! Use UPS!
SMA FEMALE not SMA MALE!!!
On the specifications for the Wouxun KG-935G radio that I purchased at the same time as the NA-771G antenna, it says SMA Male (Standard). So thats what I thought I needed to order. Somehow I missed the fact that the SMA Male connector is actually IN THE RADIO itself! Rookie mistake I guess and I'm not blaming anyone but myself, but you would think that whoever packed the box with these two items would have said to themselves, "hey this SMA Male antenna is the wrong one for this radio, so maybe I'd better call this guy to make sure this is the one he really wants". So instead of sending it back on my dime and incurring a 'restocking' fee, I just bought an adapter. Antenna works fine but does not sit flush to the radio now, which isn't a big deal, just irritating.
Great antenna
Way better than the factory antenna….I have 3 Wouxun radios and a B tech….all have Nagoya’s !!!!
Long, Flexible and worth the effort
Hate the way it gets in the way and constantly flexes, but love the performance. Most people will tell you this antenna improves the distance by 50%, both in tx and rx.
I believe their assessment to be true, but have not had the time to test the actual improvement. Just rest assured, it is an improvement.

Nice upgrade
Nice to use when you are relatively stationary around camp for the extra range but i wouldnt want to use it while actively hiking. Make sure to pick the right gender for you radio...male or female...i guess BNC would be considered non binary.

Excellent antenna
Although these 771g antennas are vastly better than stock antennas, we performed a head-to-head test with this antenna vs a regular 771 on identical radios. For GMRS transmitting and receiving, it is simply the best antenna that you can purchase for everyday use. I would say that we experienced a 25-30% in both clarity and transmission and reception distance over the 771, which is already a huge jump from stock antennas. They really have this thing finely tuned for GMRS.
better performance
it has better performance than the stock antenna, but like I tell everyone that asks, be sure to check swr with a meter before transmitting. unlees you get this antenna from authorized dealer, you don't know if you are getting the real McCoy. BuyTwoWayRadios is the real deal.
