The EB200-MB1 earpiece is lightweight and comfortable and remains in a stable position even while the user is mobile. An adjustable height earbud style earpiece is held in place by a soft rubber frame. A Push-to-talk (PTT) button / microphone can be clipped to your lapel (clip included) or hidden inside a pocket.

The Ear piece works with the Motorola radio but I notice that during transmissions through the mouth piece if any other radio is nearby a feedback comes across the other radios. it could just be that the Ear Piece that I purchased is defective. Hearing through the Ear Piece is great.
