Nice high-capacity battery
Purchased this for a KG-805G. Works very well, have had the radio on for a few days (monitoring only) and still at 3 of 3 bars. I like this design over some others that extend below the radio--they make the radio/battery combo taller and more prone to tipping over.

A must purchase w the 805
So, the only downside is this does increase the size of the 805, so if you have EXTRA-small hands, it might be a fit problem. I do wish in the next version of this radio they would place the belt clip to the radio and not to the battery. MAKE SURE THE BATTERY IS SECURLY MATED TO THE METAL CLIPS BY PRESSING IN EACH CORNER INDEPENDANTLY AND MAKING SURE THE SEAM LOOKS RIGHT. If you don't do this, don't be surprised when the radio separates from the battery and belt clip.

Great capacity
I got these to use with a set of KG-805M MURS radios for a weekend scout camp out where I wouldn't have access to power for charging. Most of our usage was standby time with not a lot of transmitting, and they still had plenty of capacity left after the end of the weekend.
