I purchased a KG XS20G GMRS radio and noticed the microphone intermittent at times during transmitting then all of a sudden “no transmitting” at all. I sent a email to customer service and within 4 days I received a new microphone with no issues. I even offered to send the old one back. I will be continuing my business and you all keep up the great customer service. Not too many companies do this anymore.

Received a KG XS20G mobile unit that had buttons on the mic that did not work. Buy Two Way Radio sent out a replacement within a short time with no argument. All is well and it works as it should now with the replacement. They stand behind their products.
