Worth every penny
I will buy another one when budget permits. Perfect for my job.
others might work well
The Ear piece works with the Motorola radio but I notice that during transmissions through the mouth piece if any other radio is nearby a feedback comes across the other radios. it could just be that the Ear Piece that I purchased is defective. Hearing through the Ear Piece is great.
