The XLT SE100-V1 works great.
The earpiece that I purchased works great. I have no problems with being able to receive or transmit.The clarity is wonderful. When I am dealing with a situation i.e. people its great to know that the information I am receiving is not being heard by others. Since I purchased my equipment several of my co-workers are now interested in getting one also. Thank you for a great product at a great price.
