The XLT Communications TM200-ML1 throat microphone is a tough, heavy duty solution for those needing to communication in a high noise environment. The TM200-ML1 is adjustable, allowing it to fit various neck sizes. It is a single wire throat mic, with an in-line push-to-talk (PTT) button with lapel clip. A reversible surveillance style earpiece with mushroom tipped connector will work in either ear.
- Flexible throat microphone wraps around neck and transmits from vibrations in the throat. Background noise is not transmitted.

my team uses these for paintball and i have to say we love them the only thing is if you have a deep voice its harder to hear other then that ill buy more later on down the road!
Good price, worth more
Overall it is a good product.Collar piece is a little tight.I have a problem with ear pieces most of the time,but not with the one for this,it fits and is comfortable.cord is a little "long" not really a con/pro but is manageable.
Doesn't work with small necks!
This worked ok for my friends with large necks. It doesn't work well with medium necks and not at all with small necks. I would try before you buy.
