Listed below are consumer two way radios that carried in the past, but that are now discontinued. Models shown
include several categories, including Amateur (Ham), Airband, CB, FRS, GMRS, and Marine. We continue
to list out of production products so that these models can be used as a technical reference, or an easy entry
point to find information about or a manual for an older model.
The Uniden GMR-1058-4CK supports all 22 FRS/GMRS channels with 38 privacy codes and a maximum range of 10 miles. The normal range is 6 miles, but the Power Boost feature extends the range on demand. This model also supports channel scan, channel monitor, and allows you to select from 5 call tones.

The Uniden GMR3689-2CK is a quality GMRS two way radio, advertising a range of up to 36 miles in optimal conditions (typically less than 1.5 miles in urban conditions). This radio offers three features that are somewhat unique: JIS-7 waterproofing, auto channel change, and group mode with direct call. The GMR3689 is rated at JIS-7 waterproofing, which means it can be submerged for up to 30 minutes in 3 feet of water. In addition, it is also designed to float!
