The Galaxy DX 2457 AM/ SSB Two Way Citizen Band Base Station is designed for the serious CB operator who wants to take it to the max. The DX2547 covers all 40 CB frequencies with 4W of power on AM and 12W PEP on USB/LSB.
The DX 2457 has all of the features you expect from a CB desktop base station. The front panel has an easy-to-read signal/RF power/AM modulation level/SWR meter, large channel selector knob and heavy-duty switches. The radio features 1.0 KHz receive clarifier, talkback control, volume control, squelch control, noise blanker and automatic noise limiter, mic gain control, RF gain control, PA on/off switch, tone control, roger beep switch, dimmer control and 8 indicator LEDs. The channel selector is easy to use, and the LED channel indicator and frequency display are easy to read.
