Works great, excellent service
I bought 7 units, one was defective but a replacement was sent out quickly. Then once I had all 7, one of them would not work. It was due to an incorrect setting. I called and spoke to Les, who was so helpful in sorting out the issue. He spent a while going through the settings and making sure I had what I needed. Excellent Service!
Bad Chargers?!
Overall this is a good product; however, we are finding that the chargers seem to fail or stop working. Radios are charging all night long and some end up dying not long into our day. Instead of the light turning green, it flashes red. I don't want to keep buying replacement chargers!
Do You Hear Me Now
This product is used in a dental practice. The one thing that we do not like about the radio, is it is a little bulky to wear on scrubs. It should be wireless between the headset and radio. Just a suggestion!!!!! All in all it is a good radio with good reception.

Meets our needs to have communication between classrooms and in case of separation in an emergency.
Works great for our store
We run a men's clothing store and it's important for us to be able to communicate with each other at all times. These walkies work great for general use and restocking. We've had other Kenwood walkies in the past and as "wore out" we decided to stick with what we knew worked well. The range is weak once you leave our shop, but they do very well over our three levels.
Great product! These radios are durable and easy to program.
The size is perfect for storage and to carry.
