The Bearcat 885 is a full featured CB radio with 4 watts of RF power, all 40 CB channels, NOAA weather channels, weather alerts, and a 7 color LCD display. It features an SWR meter to keep your antenna precisely tuned, PA mode, Talkback, RF Gain and Mic Gain. It includes a noise cancelling microphone with an ergonomic design for use in extremely noisy environments.
The Bearcat 885 is also a digital trunktracking scanner with the capability to receive public safety traffic within range where ever you are located in the US and Canada! It is equipped with a nationwide scanner database with all known police, fire ambulance and DOT channels across the US and Canada with free weekly updates available.
The Bearcat 885 has the BearTracker Warning System, a legal alternative for drivers when a radar detector is not an option. The 885 also includes GPS so it can automatically select scanner channels to monitor in your immediate area.

This is a great radio and the company is really good as well packaged well and arrived on time I’ve only had this radio installed for about two weeks and has already saved me hours of not waiting in traffic from accidents as I was able to go different routes before I got stuck in traffic anyway it works for me very happy with this product Thanks

Very fast shipping and excellent service from "BUY TWO WAY RADIOS" . Also this is my second purchase of these hybrid radios and they are FABULOUS***** We live in Northern Ontario and they scan and pick up everything from fire, police, ambulance and much more. I truly give a high recommendation for both the radios and the place where I bought it from. Everyone should own one!
great scanner
the scanner is one of the best especially for the money. the cb sucks but then they all do. if you want a reasonably priced police scanner this is it!! you can not find one of this quality for the money, i've tried. order, set up and enjoy
