As a two way radio, Uniden TR-640-2 supports all 22 FRS/GMRS channels and 38 privacy codes with a maximum range of 2 miles. This model also supports hands-free operation. Each Uniden TR-640-2 two way radio requires 4 AAA batteries, which are not included.
