The VR-N7600 transmits on the 2-meter and 70-centimeter amateur bands with reliable power output and clear audio. Its receive range extends well beyond, allowing you to monitor FM broadcast (88–108 MHz), airband (108–137 MHz), and frequencies up to 520 MHz. It has 6 programmable groups with 32 programmable channels in each group for easy access to your favorite frequencies. Whether you’re keeping tabs on local repeaters, listening to aviation, or just monitoring the airwaves, the VR-N7600 gives you flexibility that goes far beyond a typical mobile rig.

VGC VR-N7600 is a full featured mobile radio with full remote programming and control capabilities through your smartphone. It installs discreetly in your vehicle, completely out of sight, so there is no bulky radio to get in the way on your dash. There's no onboard display, either, and no wired remote display panel. In fact, you don't need wired access to the radio at all. That's because it connects via Bluetooth® directly to an app on your smartphone!

For ham operators who value situational awareness, the VR-N7600 includes GPS with location tracking, compass, and a built-in gyroscpe, so you can view the direction you are going, what your current elevation is, and how fast you are currently moving. APRS is supported with Smart Beaconing, allowing you to share position data and messages efficiently based on movement.

Forget complicated menu navigation. With the companion smartphone app, you can program, adjust, and operate the VR-N7600 right from your phone or tablet. The app makes it easy to manage channels, update frequencies on the fly, and even take advantage of advanced functions such as Morse code, offline maps, and remote tuning.
