The current rebate promotion is specific to the TK-2300-V4P and TK-3300U4P radios only and although it is also a $30 rebate, unlike last year's rebate offer it does not include a multi-charger.
These are manufacturer rebates offered by Kenwood directly, and they set the promotion dates and terms. The rebates are very similar, so I can understand the confusion, however I personally manage these rebate promotions and can assure you that these are two different rebate offers.
