The KG-935H combines many standard features of the popular KG-UV8H with some of the advanced functionality of the KG-Q10 to create an all new portable handheld experience for hams. It packs it all in a rugged, durable shell that is rated IP66 for dust and water protection.
The KG-935H features 999 programmable memory channels with CTCSS/DCS encode/decode, Channel Name edit and display, Dual Standby, DTMF encoding, SOS function, low voltage voice prompt, VOX (Voice Operated Transmit) for hands-free operation and a built-in FM radio. It also includes a built-in stopwatch.
Want to know the weather? The KG-935H does that too. Stay informed with 7 NOAA weather channels and automatic weather alerts, keeping you up-to-date with critical weather information. The KG-935H also features dual channel receive, allowing you to monitor two frequencies simultaneously. It features a full-color LCD display with 10 color themes. You can easily adjust power levels, bandwidth, and scan channels to suit your needs.
In addition to the advanced display, the KG-935H features a full DTMF backlit keypad, TX and RX LED indicators and two programmable side keys, plus a louder speaker, a bright built-in flashlight and a BRIGHT+ Programmable key option to quickly increase the active display brightness.

KG-935H
I have only had the radio for a week or so and I have to say that it's awesome! The screen is bright and easy to see in the sun. Multiple themes. Chirp compatible using the 935G for now. Solid radio. Now to put it to the test with my newly arrived Q10H. Don't hesitate to buy this radio.
Great little HT
I actually love the little guy. Works great and was easy to program using supported software. I worked an ISS Sat contact during WFD using it.

I'M happy to received the new edition of the 935 Radio's. I have only had it a couple of days now but I'M loving it. It goes well with the 935G.

Very nice little HAM HT
This is a nice follow up to the 935G+. I appreciate consistent manual of operations between the two radios.
Signal discrimination is good for a non-superhet radio, and the sound quality is great.
This largely replaces my Yaesu FT-60.
Added a Nagoya tri-band antenna, which enhances its usefulness.

Nice HT radio
Very happy with this radio. It is my second Wouxum HT. I find it very intuitive to use all the options in it and programs easily with a chirp program. This is now my number one carry radio.

Great All In One
I wish that this had come out a couple years ago before I purchased the other two great radios: the 8H and 935G. Not only is this tri-band, but unlocking it allows for all frequencies in one radio. Just as great as the other two radios, if you're thinking about it just do it.
Superheterodyne?
I do not use 220, would the KG UV9 PX have a better receiver?
Very Nice Radio
This has become my very favorite radio very quickly. I also own a KG-UV9PX and a KG-UV9D Mate. This radio puts them both to shame. My ONLY complaint with this radio is even with the key beep turned off it still LOUDLY beeps when turning on and when putting it into scan mode and a couple other keys. If that could be addressed in a firmware update, this would be a 5 star instead of a 4 star review.
