Great show as usual. Its good that a clear discussion of the business usage on GMRS , including the consumer/commercial differences.
I'm from Trinidad, and licensing for GMRS does not apply to my country with the standard "bubble pack radios (Max 2 Watts). All other two-way radio UHF and VHF require official licensing at the business level governed by the Trinidad and Tobago Telecommunications Authority (www.tatt.org.tt ).
The class licensed (licensed exempt) FRS/GMRS radios are used by alot of companies for typical short range communication where security is not an issue. The Midland radios are excellent, but Motorola and Uniden are much more popular here.
